Read Before You Claim
Inspect on arrival. Open every box and report transit damage or missing hardware within 72 hours of the carrier's delivery timestamp. Claims reported later will be denied.
Bought elsewhere? This warranty now covers only orders placed directly on arcanewarrior.us. If you purchased through another retailer, that retailer handles your warranty.
Non-transferable. Coverage is tied to the original purchaser and ends the moment the product is resold or gifted.
Structural claims are inspected closely. Photos showing overload — bowed crossbars, elongated bolt holes, sheared hardware — point to abuse, not a defect, and will be denied.

Clear photos of the defect, taken as soon as you spot it.
