WARRANTY STATEMENT

If your Arcane Warrior product fails due to defective materials or workmanship under normal use while you are the original owner, we will repair or replace the affected part(s).
Proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim.
All goods received from ARCANE WARRIOR must follow the procedure outlined below. Failure to adhere to this process may result in a warranty claim being denied.
  1. Inspect all boxes for damage or defects in the presence of the driver or representative of the transport company.
  2. Open all boxes and inspect the contents for damage or defects, also in the presence of the driver or representative of the transport company.
  3. If damage is observed on any products or boxes, report it immediately to the driver or representative of the transport company. The delivery waybill must then be endorsed by the driver or representative.
  4. If damage is found on any products, do not accept the goods without prior confirmation from ARCANE WARRIOR and written acknowledgment of the damage.

WHAT IS COVERED?

ARCANE WARRIOR warrants to the original retail purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship.
If our product fails during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, as outlined above, we will repair or replace the defective part(s).
The warranty covers:
  • An eighteen-month warranty for all structural parts of ARCANE WARRIOR products.
  • A one-year warranty for all other parts of ARCANE WARRIOR products.
  • A one-year coating warranty for the coating on any part.
Our warranty is valid only for ARCANE WARRIOR products purchased in USA from arcanewarriorglobal.com or approved ARCANE WARRIOR resellers.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

  • Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, use beyond the product's designed limits or intended functionality, or abuse.
  • It does not cover normal wear and tear, including damages such as abrasion, scratches, or fading.
  • The warranty also excludes any product that has come into contact with saltwater, seawater, or any chemicals.
  • Additionally, it does not cover any product if the fitted vehicle has been involved in an accident or incident.
  • The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including damage to or loss of the contents of the tray, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses,in no event shall ARCANE WARRIOR’s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the product in respect of which damages are claimed. 
  • It also does not cover damages that occur during transportation if the customer has not selected the transport insurance option.
  • The warranty does not cover any used or ex-demonstration products.
  • The warranty does not apply to products purchased outside of the USA.

WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY?

If you are claiming a warranty, please provide the following information in the warranty form:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
  • Photos/video of the alleged defect (Pictures taken at the first site at the time of damage)
  • Product serial number
ARCANE WARRIOR reserves the right to interpret warranty terms and modify this policy. Void where prohibited by law.
