WARRANTY STATEMENT

This warranty policy applies only to products purchased directly from arcanewarrior.us. If your product was purchased through another retailer or sales channel, please contact that retailer directly for warranty information, as coverage and terms may differ.

This warranty is extended solely to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. Coverage terminates immediately upon resale, gifting, or any other transfer of the product to a new owner, and does not extend to secondary or subsequent owners.

We know freight carriers can be rough on heavy gear. You have 72 hours from the carrier's delivery timestamp to open your boxes, inspect the contents, and report any transit damage or missing hardware to our team. Claims for shipping damage made outside of this 72-hour window will be denied.

If you notice visible damage to the boxes upon delivery, please ask the driver to note it on the delivery waybill.

Arcane Warrior warrants to the original retail purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the following periods:

• Limited Lifetime Warranty — Applies strictly to the primary structural components of our roof racks (e.g., main side plates, load-bearing aluminum crossbars, and primary mounting brackets).
• 18-Month Wearable Components Warranty — Applies to all hardware (bolts, nuts, T-nuts, washers), weather seals, and powder-coat finishes.
  Note: Surface rust on hardware from environmental exposure is a cosmetic factor and not a manufacturing defect.
• 18-Month Product Warranty — Applies to all other products in our catalog, including cargo boxes, awnings, rooftop tents, and accessories.

Our warranties cover manufacturing and material defects that reveal themselves over time (e.g., improper alloy tempering, bad castings, or failed factory welds). They do not cover damage caused by the environment, normal aging, or user error.

• Overloading — Damage caused by carrying weight that exceeds the specified dynamic or static load limits of the roof rack or the vehicle's roof.
• Modifications — Any product that has been drilled, cut, modified, or altered from its original factory design.
• Improper Maintenance — Overlanding takes you to extreme environments. If your gear is exposed to saltwater, road salt, or harsh chemicals, it must be thoroughly washed with fresh water after your trip. Neglect leading to severe, structural corrosion is not covered.
• Cosmetic Degradation — UV fading of canvas or powder coat, trail pinstriping, and minor scratches.
• Incidental Damages — We do not cover incidental or consequential damages, including damage to the vehicle's roof, loss of gear, loss of use, or similar expenses.

To submit a claim, please provide your proof of purchase, the product serial number, and comprehensive photos of the alleged defect taken at the time of failure.

To protect the integrity of our products, all structural warranty claims undergo a strict engineering review. Claims will be denied if the photos show clear evidence of extreme kinetic overloading (such as permanent downward bowing of crossbars, elongated mounting bolt holes, or sheared high-tensile hardware) rather than a manufacturing defect.

We know the trail is unpredictable. If you damage your Arcane Warrior gear in a rollover, a collision with a tree, a garage-clearance miscalculation, or any other accident that is strictly not covered by our manufacturing warranty, do not stress. Reach out to our support team with photos of the carnage.
